George Foley - Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Foley is the founder of Dillon Capital. He has over 40 years' experience in the investment management industry, including senior portfolio management positions, since the mid-1980s.

Prior to founding DCM, Mr. Foley was a senior institutional portfolio manager for various global equity strategies and mutual funds at Legg Mason’s Global Division. Previously, he was lead portfolio manager at Glenmede Trust Company, heading the firm’s Large Cap Value and Core Equity teams, and responsible for the firms institutional balanced accounts. Prior to that, he held senior positions with SEI Corporation's insurance asset management team and Cigna International Investment Advisers.

His clients have included individual investors, pension plans, insurance companies, foundations, and mutual funds with geographic locations in the US, Canada, Ireland, the UK, Bermuda, and the Caribbean. He has appeared in the media for a number of years and has been a guest commentator on Bloomberg and CNBC.

Mr. Foley has a B.S. in Finance from LaSalle University and an MBA from Drexel University.

Geoff Deasey - Managing Director/Portfolio Manager

Geoff first joined Dillon Capital as an investment adviser representative in 2014. Mr. Deasey is responsible for investment research and the monitoring of client portfolios for investment objectives and other supervisory reviews.

Mr. Deasey has provided investment advice and business development for over 30 years. He worked with Mr. Foley in this capacity at two previous firms: Glenmede Trust Co. and Legg Mason’s Global Currents.

Geoff has a J.D. degree from Delaware Law School; and received a B.A. from University of Pennsylvania, PA.

Connor McNicholas - Portfolio Manager/Research Analyst

Connor joined Dillon Capital in 2022. Mr. McNicholas is responsible for
compiling quantitative and qualitative research of the firm’s target investments, as well as interfacing with clients to meet their investment needs. Mr. McNicholas graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance from Temple University in
2018.

Christian Noyes - Investment Advisor Representative

Chris joined Dillon Capital in 2023. Mr. Noyes comes to Dillon with over 25 years of investment experience. Christ spend the majority of his investment career as a Senior Partner at PENN Capital Management Company, where they specialized in managing small cap equity and non-investment grade bond portfolios for institutions.

Chris offers investment strategy, advice and oversight to individuals and institutions.

Mr. Noyes graduated with a B.S. in Management from Widener University.
